A fost prima mea experienta la RSR si a fost intr-adevar ceva cu totul deosebit. Peisajul, organizarea, totul a fost chiar la inaltime!

Retezatul este cea mai tare experiență a mea de până acum! Organizare de excepție, oameni minunați, peisaje de vis!  

O competitie minunata ce reuseste sa scoata in lumina cea mai frumoasa parte a alergatorului, adica a omului. Am vazut doar oameni frumosi, calmi, amabili, zambitori, lipsiti de stres, fericiti.

Traseul te lasa de tot cu "gura cascata" la ce vezi in jur, chiar nu iti mai pasa ca ploua sau ca e soare. Oamenii de pe traseu, concurentii, si mai ales voluntarii/organizatorii, au toata recunostinta si respectul meu pentru ceea ce au realizat!! Felicitari pentru organizare. Nici nu s-a terminat bine, ca deja ma gandesc la inscriierile de anul viitor! La cat mai multe editii! Felicitari pentru eveniment, foarte reusit!

When you overcome your fear of heights you get to see beautiful pristine absolutely breathtaking views! The beauty of this place cannot be described in words! This race holds a very special place in my heart! This race made me so much stronger, mentally! I, now, know I am capable of doing things I never knew I am capable of doing before! Sky is the limit, no doubt whatsoever!

It's so stunning up there that you want to cry and try to eternalize that image on your mind. You feel like an intruder inside a magical garden

Peisajul spre si de pe Vf. Piule mi-a taiat respiratia. In toate sensurile posibile. Sub picioare, o portiune ingusta cu pietris si iarba, iar in jur, vai verzi-verzi, ca si cum ai face surfing si te afli pe cel mai inalt val.

It was a hard race due to the weather conditions, but I very much enjoyed it. Fog, rain, sun, wind, fantastic landscapes, a lot of mud, even more rocks..., all these made it wonderful. It barely ended but I'm already waiting for the 2016 edition. Congratulations and many thanks to the organizers and volunteers, staying in the cold for us!

Retezat SkyRace e o competitie grea pentru amatori, dar si pentru profesionistii care incearca sa scoata timpi buni. E o provocare mare si merita facuta, chiar daca nu mergeti din prima la traseul cel mai lung.  O sa va convinga sa mergeti mai des pe munte, in Retezat.

Ziua s-a incheiat cu un vin bun de Corcova, o slanina cu ceapa rosie in cinstea lui Ionut Zinca si pe final cu un foc de tabara a la Cheile Butii.

Felicitari pentru organizare, pentru traseul ales – a meritat sa merg atat pe el. Medaliile au fost deosebite, am avut si vreme frumoasa, iar la sfarsit am profitat ca e cortul in apropiere si am stat puţin pe la focul de tabara desi am cam trecut de epoca romantismului.

Emotions overwhelmed me like Pamplona bulls, as soon as I turned right towards the complex, right before the bridge. It's that feeling of knowing you are in the right place with the right people, that you belong with it, that you would not be anywhere else but there.

Seara am avut premiere, degustare de vin de la Corcova (a se citi, vin la discretie), tochitura, foc de tabara si cantec de chitara pana la 2 noaptea. Nu se putea mai bine. Un concurs de nota 10, 3 zile frumoase petrecute cu oameni dragi.
